My name is Julie Knight and I have lived and worked in the Tourisim Industry in Egypt for many years. My Partner,
Wageh, an Egyptian, who has experience in Hotel Management and the Egyptian Building Trade.
We have the advantage of knowing what 'foreigners' expect from the quality and standard of their holidays and homes
in Egypt with the added knowledge of the Egyptian people, customs, laws and systems.
We aim to give you the best that Egypt can offer - whether it be for a holiday, a diving experience or owning your own
home in Egypt.
We have personally experienced all the excursions we advertise and have a very good relationship with all the local
tour operators and ensure that our Guests are well looked after and all their reasonable needs attended to.
If you choose to buy a ready built property we will put you in touch with an excellent lawyer who will ensure that all contracts
and property's documents are in good order and make the appropriate searches to ensure good freehold title in your name.
Building a property in Egypt can be fraught with pitfalls but with our experience and knowledge of local contractors, builders
and finishers we can take the stress out of the project.
We employ only Bonded Contractors who are required to place with us a cheque to guarantee the work - in Egypt if you
default on a cheque the punishment is a period of imprisonment.
We also use a Certified Architect to draw up plans to your requirements and supply a quantity survey. Under Egyptian
Law Architects are responsible for the building for the following 10 years. We will use our own Site Manager to supervise
the build on a daily basis, check that good quality materials are being used and keep the project on time and within the budget.
Photographs will be sent to you at each stage of the build. We will be your eyes and ears in Egypt and be responsible as your personal Agent in all dealings.
